Ball Care and Inflation
Make your ball last: pressure, pumping, cleaning and storage.
- Pump to the printed pressure (usually 0.6–1.1 bar / 8.5–15.6 psi). Use a gauge.
- Moisten the needle before inserting it, and push it straight in.
- Don't sit on the ball or kick it against rough walls; this distorts the shape and splits bonded seams.
- Clean with a damp cloth; no solvents.
- Store indoors, slightly deflated, away from heat and direct sun.
